All returns must be authorized by us before sending merchandise back. Simply navigate to our email at: info@aurelijamilsina.com (subject: returns) to request a return authorization number and SDA pickup date for the merchandise you wish to return. This must take place within 14 days of the order's delivery date. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and accompanied by its original tags. Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer.
A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned, unless exchange is preferred. Return shipping fees will be paid by us. For each return, we require up to 5 business days of receiving the merchandise for inspection. Thereafter, financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the customer account.
